Class Description:
This class is dedicated to applying KAP skills and principles within the context of Business, Management, and Teaching.
50 years ago, professional studies showed that there are different phases of leadership: Telling, Selling, Participating, and Delegating.
For example: when a client, employee, or student is new or unskilled, Tell them what to do; when a trainee is skilled but unmotivated, Sell them on the idea.
These four ideas can seem simple or even obvious… but new studies have come out within the past ten years, and it turns out that most people with Situational Leadership training fail to apply it successfully.
That is where Alchemy comes into play. My research has shown that the “Tell, Sell, Participate, Delegate” model fits perfectly within the Go Dai Chakra Model (Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Void).
In this course, I will teach you to identify Leadership issues, contextualize those issues into the appropriate Chakra awareness, and then apply specific skills to achieve positive changes.
This will help you to be a better Leader and a better Follower, as the drills at each level will help you to recognize and harmonize with anything that happens, eventually developing the skill of Alchemical Leadership: making choices that change lives for the better.
Class Format:
This class is taught over the course of five weeks.
On Saturday of each week, pre-recorded materials will be uploaded. These will consist of:
- Video Lesson on theory,
- Audio Lesson on theory,
- Video Instruction of drills,
- Audio Instruction of drills,
- Video Walkthrough of drills,
- Audio Walkthrough of drills,
- Written Manual consisting of theory, drills, and a suggested practice schedule.
Students are encouraged to ask any questions through email, up until Friday of the following week, in order for a recorded Q and A session to be posted on Saturday. Students are also welcome to schedule private Zoom calls with Ryan (up to 15 minutes) in order to refine their practice.
Prerequisite:
This course includes all necessary drills and practices, but the course content assumes a Morris Methods Improved Kundalini Awakening Process Level 1 graduate-level knowledge of Five Point Breathing, the Microcosmic Orbit, the Secret Smile, and Chakra awareness.
Exceptions are possible for students who currently train under a KAP Instructor (with that teacher’s endorsement) or for those who have a strong background in yoga, reiki, Taoist alchemy, and/or Western Mystery traditions. This course can be taken concurrently with KAP 2.
